The mission of this site is to help my clients understand the process of buying, selling or investing in Real Estate here in New York City by making it seemless. The process is completely different than anywhere else including our sister boroughs: Queens, Bronx, Staten Island or Brooklyn.
If you are a not a resident or citizen of the United States, the set of laws are different when you go to sell or obtain a mortgage.
Banks have different guidelines to go by depending on if it is new construction, a co-op or a condominium, townhouse/brownstone. Most of these ever-changing requirements have been put into effect as a result of current trends in housing and the volatility of today's markets.
